Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by ZACSOL360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15810981), registered office 12 Station Parade, London NW2 4NN (“ZACSOL360”, “we”, “us”). By ordering a service from us, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide website design, web development, web hosting, domain registration, VPS setup and management, custom software development and mobile/web app development. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote or proposal.
2. Quotes and orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A contract is formed when you accept our quote in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and pay any required deposit.
- Prices on our website are “from” prices; the final price depends on your requirements.
3. Payments
- Design, development, software and app projects: a 50% deposit is due before work starts, with the balance due on completion and before final files are handed over or the project goes live, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Hosting, domains, VPS and maintenance plans are billed in advance for the selected period.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days. We may pause work or services on overdue accounts.
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide content, images, logins and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may delay delivery.
- Ensure that any content you supply does not infringe anyone else’s rights and complies with the law.
- Review and approve work at each stage. Approved stages are considered complete.
5. Revisions and changes
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before any extra work begins.
6. Intellectual property
- Once paid in full, you own the final design and the custom content created specifically for your project.
- Third-party software, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences.
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and reusable code, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project.
- We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Hosting, domains and VPS
- Domains are registered in the Client’s name wherever the registry allows.
- Hosting and domain renewals must be paid before the expiry date. We will send renewal reminders, but it is the Client’s responsibility to renew on time. Expired domains may be lost.
- Hosting must not be used for illegal content, spam, malware or activities that harm our servers or other users. We may suspend services that breach this rule.
- We take regular backups but recommend that Clients also keep their own copies of important data.
8. Support and maintenance
Free support periods (where included) cover fixing defects in our work. They do not cover new features, content updates or problems caused by changes made by the Client or third parties.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Please see our Refund Policy.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
- Our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers, events outside our reasonable control, or Client actions.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the project.
12. Termination
Either party may end a contract by written notice if the other party seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days. Work completed up to termination remains payable.
13. Consumers
If you are a consumer (buying for personal use, not for business), you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation right for services ordered online. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may have to pay for work already done. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
