Where is ZACSOL360 based?
We are a UK company, registered in England and Wales, with our registered office in London. We work with clients across the UK and internationally, mostly online.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Startups, small and medium businesses, freelancers, shops, clinics, schools and agencies — anyone who needs a website, hosting, software or an app.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in our contact form or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within one business day with questions or a quote.
Websites
How long does a website take?
A Starter website usually takes 1–2 weeks and a Business website 3–5 weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback are provided. Custom software and apps are scheduled per project.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested on phones, tablets and desktops.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on easy-to-use platforms such as WordPress and show you how to edit pages, images and text.
Do you help with SEO?
All our websites include basic on-page SEO: fast loading, clean code, meta tags and structured data. Advanced SEO is included in the Business package.
Hosting & domains
Who owns my domain name?
You do. We register domains in your name wherever the registry allows.
Can you move my existing website to your hosting?
Yes. We migrate websites, emails and domains with minimal or no downtime.
Do you take backups?
Yes, our hosting includes regular backups. We still recommend keeping your own copy of important data.
Payments & support
How do payments work?
Projects need a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on completion. Hosting and domains are paid in advance. See our Terms & Conditions.
What happens after my website goes live?
We fix any defects in our work free of charge during the included support period. After that, you can choose a monthly maintenance plan or pay for changes as needed.
